#KINDNESS CHANGES LIVES

I don't know about you,but every year around this time i get these moments of 'the world can be such a cruel place'. I think it stems from being the run up to Christmas and we all know there are many people in the world that are so unfortunate and don't even see or know what Christmas is.

I also think it is that mummy instinct,as parents we want to give our children the best start in life and provide a roof over their heads and food in their tummies. Thinking of all them children that don't get this or won't be getting a visit from Santa Claus breaks my heart.

Oxfam have released their #KindnessChangesLives campaign and i would love to know your moments of kindness. We actually donate all of our pre loved toys and clothes to our local Oxfam. Every couple of months we go on a purge and the children fill a plastic tub up with items they no longer need, want or play with.

This is such a good way of teaching children to be mindful of what they have and really appreciate the things they are blessed with but to also make them aware that not everyone is as lucky as they are and there are some very unfortunate families in the world.

There are so many different ways you can help - There is what we do and purge your pre loved items to the shops, you can even donate your time and do some volunteering, which is something i would like to do, or you can donate online to oxfam. It is all for a good cause and you are putting your kindness stamp into the world by doing so :)
