Im always on the lookout for new recipes for dinner time . Don’t get me wrong , we have our favourites but it’s nice to change the meal plan up isn’t it?.

I had some mini chicken fillets that needed using up so I decided to create a hunters chicken pasta bake for tea .Its actually super simple and tastes delicious!

250G mini chicken fillets
5 rashers of bacon
200G pasta
2 tablespoon smoked paprika
1 tablespoon mustard powder
1 tablespoon bbq sauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar
80G grated cheese
2 tins of chopped tomatoes

In the morning around 8am, add all your ingredients into a slow cooker , minus the pasta. Cut the bacon rashers into pieces and dice the onion. Give it all a good stir and leave on low for 8 hours .

If you are home , give it a stir every now and again and break the chicken up. The chicken will end up falling apart by the end of the day - so delicious!

Pop your pasta on around 4pm , then add all your ingredients into a dish and sprinkle your cheese on.

Pop it under the grill for 10 minutes until the cheese is nice and crispy and there you have hunters chicken pasta bake .

You could serve it up with some chips or salad - we had nothing in the house , hence making this recipe up as I went along so we had it on its own , but it was absolutely delicious! :)

Do let me know if you recreate this recipe and what you thought of it :)
