FESTIVE FUN & BOXING DAY TREATS

We’ve been loving this Christmas , it has definitely been a more relaxed and chilled out one and honestly , it has definitely been needed.

I love the no expectations and demands of this year’s Christmas. We have loved being together , just the 5 of us.

We have played games , charades , danced away to every Christmas song that has been played .

Nila has been her usual ditsy self and kept the smiles on all of our faces :) , even though she is poorly and full of snot!.

Me and Mezz headed out to the lush sale on Boxing Day as it’s a tradition and I wasn’t sure what to expect , but it was empty and we was in and out within half an hour and stocked up on some lovely goodies which he treats me to every year.

The girls have had bikes and Alessia has learnt how to ride hers over this weekend , which we are so proud of and she is over the moon!.

We’ve taken a walk to the park to blow off the cobwebs and to get some fresh air and the gruffalo’s child has been watched about 15 times this weekend :)

Hope you are all having a lovely festive time xx

  1. Sounds like you've been making the most of your time together over the festive season. We've been taking walks to blow the cobwebs away too.

  4. We too did not have much in terms of expectations for this Christmas but we made it special just being together even for just the day.

  5. Aw it sounds like you had a lovely Christmas and well done Alessia for learning how to ride her new bike so quickly! I agree that this year has felt strange but the slower pace just to be chilled and together just the four of us has been quite nice too! x
