We have definitely been getting our bake on over the last few weeks and the girls honestly can’t get enough of it!.

We have raided the cupboards today for more inspiration and have come up with these yummy chocolate and salted caramel fudge muffins . They are absolutely delicious and really easy to make .


150G plain flour
30G hot chocolate
20G sugar
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 egg
40 ml vegetable oil
70ml milk
Fudge pieces


Preheat the over gas mark 5/180c.

Mix all your dry ingredients together in a bowl and then pop them into your stand mixer . We have the VonShef hand and stand mixer which is really easy for all the girls to use . It comes with a few different heads depending on what you are making , and also if you only need a quick whizz then just push the button at the back  and it turns into a hand mixer - Perfect :)

Add in your wet ingredients and give it all a whizz with your mixer .

Spray your muffin cases with fry light if you are using silicone ones , then add in your mixture and pop them in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until your knife is smooth once given a poke :)

These honestly were so delicious and fluffy and a big hit with everyone . They didn’t last a day and go perfect with a hot cup of coffee :)
