If you are a regular reader and have followed me for a while then you will know that when it comes to positively and a good mindset, I am such an advocate.

Starting the day with a positive mindset and a happy heart definitely doesn’t come easy to some and there will be challenges along the way in life that will change your routine and turn your life upside down , but trying to face them and overcome them in the best way possible is so important.

If you have recently experienced a set back in your life or a bereavement then chances are you are feeling everything apart from positive or motivated right now.

You will be feeling at your lowest and will need all the help you can get to get you back up to your best self .

Adopting a positive attitude will be vital to rebuilding your life after your stumble. Julie Morehen is proof that after a hard challenge in her life, the death of her husband, she managed to rebuild herself and through her book you will read her highs and lows and how she made it through.

It is what it is, is a positive guide to facing up to life changing experiences, including loss, which is definitely the hardest challenge of all.

The great inner strength, courage and positive mindset to over come trauma like this is hard to find when you are at a low. This book portrays an honest account of the true feelings of disbelief, disparity and grief , that no one likes to talk about and be honest and open with.

By reading Julie’s book, you will realise that you are not alone, and all these emotions and feelings are ok, and that you, are going to be ok.

I loved this book and really felt every word. A book about grief but coming out the other side with positivity is such a lovely ending and one that I haven’t come across before.

The book is written beautifully and has you at the very first page .  If you are looking for a new read this spring then I’d definitely recommend this one :)
