AD / WHAT'S ON IN NORFOLK THIS SUMMER

We have been at my Mum and Dad's house this week in Martham, Norfolk, it has almost become our second home. With so much fun right on our doorsteps, I thought I would give you a guide to the best things to do in Norfolk. If you are looking for a fun family for everyone then all of these activities are fun for all ages :)

Right on top of Great Yarmouth seafront is where you will find Pleasure Beach and it is definitely an all-day, fun experience. We picked the perfect day to explore as the sun was shining!.

Entry to the park is a wristband or fun card which you can purchase online or at the desk.  A wristband entitles you to entrance to the park and unlimited rides all day long, which is such great value for money - Pleasure Beach ticket information hereYou can also leave the park and come back and forth throughout the day using your wristband- which was brilliant as we decided to go back for the last hour before it closed for some extra fun!.

So many rides here for all ages, from toddlers to Grandparents, We take my parents every year and we all have such good fun.

The Hippodrome Circus in Great Yarmouth is another family favourite with their summer show this year being Champions - the world's greatest performers. We love the swimmers!. The circus floor sinks to create a swimming pool, so cool and the kids love it.

The show hosts, Ringmaster Jack and his sidekick Jonny were fantastic!. I have got to say, my favourite part of the show for me has to be Johnny. He is SO funny every time and Nila thinks he is absolutely hilarious.

They have also recently opened their Cafe 1903 next door which sells the most amazing homemade cakes, sandwiches and the best coffee you will ever taste :)

Joyland Amusement Park has been all of my children's childhood favourite place to go over the summer. My eldest is 21 and we have been visiting Joyland since she was a toddler.

Our all-time favourite ride is the Spook Express. It was Nila's first time riding it this year and absolutely loved it, we are all thrill seekers, they definitely take after their mum :)

Tokens are £2 each and all rides are 1 token so can be quite a budget-friendly day out.

We spent the day at
Richardson's Hemsby Beach Holiday Park and had such a blast. Situated in Hemsby, it is a holiday park but you can also use some of their facilities if not staying on site.

We tried the Coconut Tree Climb and The Crow's Nest. when I say we are all scared of heights, it is an understatement, we were all petrified but did our absolute best. Nila did the Coconut Tree Climb and we did The Crow's Nest.

The adrenaline when you are up there is wild, you really have to try not to overthink and just go for it, we all did so well and looking forward to visiting again.

Our first time at Wellington Bowl in Great Yarmouth this summer. I think bowling is a great family-friendly activity to do whilst away. All ages can play and if you are no good, it is the taking part that counts right?.

We have had a lovely week with so much to do, let me now if you try any of these activities out this summer holiday :)
