MY AUTUMN TBR | BOOKS I WANT TO READ THIS AUTUMN

Kindle Unlimited has officially been repurchased, which can only mean one thing,  I am ready to get back into reading!I actually haven't read a book since May, which is wild. I’ve been so busy with work and honestly had the best summer making memories, going on adventures and barely sitting still, so reading has definitely taken a bit of a back seat.

But now the autumn months are creeping in, I am so ready for slower evenings, cosy nights at home, a cup of tea and a book that I physically cannot put down. Give me a psychological thriller, someone with a questionable husband and lots of family secrets, and I am happy..

So, Kindle charged and Kindle Unlimited renewed, here’s what is currently sitting on my autumn TBR.

THE DIVORCE – FREIDA MCFADDEN

This is actually my current read, so technically I've already made a start on the autumn TBR!

Freida McFadden is always one of my go-to authors when I need something fast-paced that will get me out of a reading slump. Her books are usually the kind where I tell myself I'll read one more chapter and suddenly it's midnight.

After not reading since May, I thought this was probably the safest place to start!

THE COUPLE'S REVENGE – DANIEL HURST

Daniel Hurst is another author who seems to completely understand my need for dysfunctional relationships, secrets and people making very questionable life choices.

The Couple's Revenge is firmly on the list for this autumn and sounds exactly like the kind of twisty thriller I can fly through in a couple of evenings.

WELCOME TO THE FAMILY – CATHRYN GRANT

Nothing says cosy autumn reading quite like a book called Welcome to the Family that you already know is probably going to involve a family you absolutely would not want to be welcomed into!!

I love a domestic thriller, especially when family secrets are involved, so I'm really looking forward to this one.

THE LIAR I MARRIED – D.K. HOOD

If there's one thing I've learnt from the amount of psychological thrillers I've read over the years, it's that you should apparently trust absolutely nobody, particularly your husband!

The Liar I Married sounds right up my street.

THE DAUGHTER IN THE CELLAR – YVETTE DAVIS

Another cheerful little autumn read, obviously :)

I clearly have absolutely no interest in wholesome books when the nights start drawing in. Give me disappearances, secrets, lies, locked doors and something mildly disturbing, and I'm there.

The Daughter in the Cellar is another one currently sitting on my Kindle waiting for me.

THE WITCH – FREIDA MCFADDEN

And then we have the one I am sooooooooo excited about!

Freida McFadden has a brand-new book, The Witch, coming out in October, and I can't wait to get my hands on it.

This will absolutely be getting downloaded the second it's available!

Will I get through every book on this autumn TBR? yes!!
