We have got so much planned for summer already but it’s nice to put them all down and look at - also gives you things to look forward to. If your kiddies are like mine then you will know what I mean - ticking off the days on the calendar until a holiday begins :)
Hopefully we can do as much as we possibly can and tick them off as we go. We’ve got a nice variety of things to do , whether they are free trips or things to do st home - I think a summer bucket list is a brilliant idea .
Let me know if you have done one too! Here are some of our ideas from our list :)
- Homemade cinema
- Go camping
- Drayton manor park trip
- Go the theatre
- Go on a picnic
- Have a movie night
- Go strawberry picking
- Make a sandcastle
- Go to the beach
- Get an ice cream from the ice cream van :)
- Have one on one treat with each of the girls
- Join the library
- Go for a walk
- Have a bbq
- Go swimming
- Go to a festival/ or fun day
- Feed the ducks
- Rainy day den building - Jaki has some rainy day entertainment ideas here :)
I’d love to know what you summer plans are and if you have a bucket list too!
Aww I love these! We've been strawberry picking and are going to a family festival soon, but you've inspired me to make a cinema at home - thank you :)
ReplyDeleteWe've made a list these past few years and one that has been on it and we're yet to achieve is to have an outdoor cinema in the garden. Hoping we may do that this year
ReplyDeleteSome great ideas here and many are free too which is nice to see. Kids don't always want you to spend money on them, what they want is time spent with loved ones.
ReplyDeleteI like the idea of 1 to 1 treats. I had five children and that was always the hardest. It is what they remember most.
