HOW TO RAISE YOUR VIBRATION

 Today has definitely been one of them days where the funk has been real. Vibrations are definitely low and it got me thinking on ways I raise my vibration and how I get myself out of the funk.


There are some really simple ways , they don’t always work straight away but living a life that makes you happy is definitely a start!.


MOVE YOUR BODY

Moving more is such a great way to get yourself out of the funk and feeling better . I absolutely love going to the gym now and it’s definitely one of my favourite things to do. 

So is a kitchen disco, when I can feel the funk coming , and I know the low mood is about to hit , I go and pop Alexa on and we all have a kitchen disco and it honestly makes me feel 100 times better.


BE GRATEFUL / PRACTICE GRATEFULNESS 

Being grateful for the little things in life gives you a different kind of feeling .We go about life as if it owes us something where being grateful and practicing gratefulness gives me a sense of appreciation.

Keeping a gratefulness journal of all the things you are grateful for is a great way to start. Maybe it’s your coffee in the morning , being able to drink it hot or in peace , the simple things :)


CRYSTALS

If you have followed me for a while you will know my spiritual background and working with crystals and tarot is my passion and a way of life.

Raise your vibrations with some crystals and sit with them for a while . Focus on what you think is lowering your vibrations and see what needs to be eliminated.

Black Obsidian is a great grounding crystal and selenite is amazing for clearing blocked energy allowing higher vibrations to flow through .They work perfectly together.

When the funk hits , reading is an escape . I love my witchy self help books or manifestation books , they almost instantly clear my thoughts and I feel pumped and ready for anything . You’ve gotta love a self help motivational book right?.


FOLLOW YOUR BLISS! DO SOMETHING HAPPY!

Do something for you. Something that makes you happy and smile and cheers you up. Simple as that! Go for a walk, order that dress off of ASOS , have a bubble bath. 


TOXIC PEOPLE TOXIC ENERGY

If you are surrounding yourself with toxic people and negative energy then you will be attracting it . Every wondered why your feeling rubbish and you just haven’t got a clue why? there you have it .

You don’t need any negative energy dragging down your vibration, you don’t deserve it .

  1. I always think that getting out for a walk can really help in a lot of situations. The fresh air is a big help too.

  3. I am so into this. I have incense, palo santo, crystals and I always try and practice gratefulness (even when I am not feeling it). I do find the incense really uplifting.
