It tastes absolutely delicious and is the best recipe on these cold evenings to warm you up. I do it in the slow cooker so it all goes in and is super easy and simple to do.
INGREDIENTS
500g lean diced beef
3 carrots
100g mushrooms
4 potatoes
1 onion
2 beef stock pots
Worcester sauce
Soy sauce
1 teaspoon of mixed herbs
1 tablespoon gravy
Handful of frozen peas
Handful of frozen green beans
METHOD
With it being a slow cooker meal, there is minimal effort . Add in your beef and your veg - dice up the carrots and the potatoes into small pieces and pop it all in.
Make up your beef stock and gravy and add in your Worcester sauce and soy sauce to this . No measurements with this , just a few glugs:)
Turn it on high in the morning and leave it for around 8 hours .I always say if you are in to stir it then do so half way.
Once it’s done dish it up and honestly , it’ll be the best tasting beef stew you have ever had. Serve it alone or with some warm crusty bread.
I’d love to know if you recreate this recipe and what you all think of it :)
