A DAY OUT AT CATTOWS HALLOWEEN FARM

The weekend was definitely a busy one and we got to spend Sunday at the Halloween farm at Cattow’s farm in Leicestershire. This will be our second year going and the girls absolutely love it there.

It’s more than just a pumpkin patch- with a funfair and a park on site, plus so much more :)

We started off with their famous trick or treat street. This year was a little different, more sweeties and more fun. We were taken through a walk with witches and ghouls before trick or treating and ending up with sweets and toys at the end :)

They had really spooky bubbles too which were filled with smoke!.

The circus was at 1pm, and the girls really enjoyed it. Alessia was on the edge of her seat at one part, I won't spoil it for you but it is one not to be missed for sure :)

The kids got to try out some of the acts at the end of the stage which was something we've not seen from a circus before so was a nice little touch.

Lunch stop at one of the food stalls on site. All the onions and gherkins on our burgers plus chips. If you are trying to save your pennies then you can bring a picnic and eat it in the tents too :)

Time for the girls to burn off some energy with the farm's new inflatable Lost World. This is for under 14s and has over 30 inflatables to choose from.

They definitely wore themselves out!. For little ones there is also an under 5s part which parents can keep more of an eye on their littles as the bigger one goes quite far back so I couldn't see the girls at some points.

Pumpkin patch - my favourite part. I love picking out our pumpkins and Cattow’s farm have such a variety.

We pick a few to decorate, a few for baking with and also some of the really little ones for decor, which are the cutest little pumpkins you’ve ever seen :)

We ended the day at the park before heading home. The girls were absolutely worn out and had the best day.

  1. I love how they made the hay bales look like pumpkins and the pumpkin patch looks like it was awesome too. Happy Halloween :D

  2. I need to do some more investigating next year and see if there's anywhere around here that does cool stuff like this. We didn't even have a chance to go to a pumpkin patch this year as it was so busy x

  3. We didn't make it to a pumpkin farm this year which I was really gutted about. This sounds like a fun day out!
