WHY YOU NEED DR TEALS IN YOUR LIFE

If you’ve been a regular reader and follower then you will know my absolute most favourite thing to do for self care is have the longest soak in the bath.

I train at the gym 4 times a week so soaking them muscles is essential for recovery and also it is SO relaxing!.

I have used Dr Teals for some many years and they are by far the most amazing essentials to my muscle recovery.

This week I have gone a little wild on the legs and glute workouts - If you know, you know. My go to is always the bath salts.

Epsom salts have been used for the longest time to relax muscles and relieve pain. They are also great for migraines if you are a sufferer like me.

Epsom salts relax all the muscles , including the ones surrounding your brain, so relaxing them can help release headaches and migraines, bet you didn’t know that did you :)

I’ve been struggling with low moods this past month and I’ve been trying an array on methods that I usually use. Something I’ve also been using is the DR Teals Ashwagandha bath salts.

The salts are obviously great for soreness and muscle aches from my workout, but the Ashwagandha cherry helps to destress the mind which is perfect of an evening after a long day if my S.A.D has been a struggle.

The bath foams are my Sunday self care treat and I indulge in a long soak on the weekend to really give my body that recuperation it needs. The bath foams are quite mild, which I like and the scent isn’t to over powering.

I 100% feel a difference after having a long soak and my muscles don’t feel as tight, something that does what it says on the tin is a win win right? :)

You can pick Dr Teals up in most places, supermarkets, boots is my favourite place as I can collect boots too!.

Let me know if you use them and which ones are your favourite :)
