The key ingredient is the protein chocolate mousse from Aldi. They are so good and a great dessert alone but I have jazzed it up and this is my current go to.
Mix in 50g of fat free Greek yoghurt with the protein mousse to get more of a creamy consistency.
Top with your raspberries. I use 70g of raspberries , I have tried it with strawberries but prefer it with the raspberries as they are softer and lighter.
Melt 30g of Biscoff in the microwave and drizzle it all over .
Honestly, give it a go and you can thank me later :)
