WHAT I'M READING | IT ENDS WITH US | COLLEEN HOOVER

I am already on my second book of this month and I am hooked!. I got It Ends With Us by Colleen Hoover two Christmas' ago and they have been sitting on my bookshelf ever since.

I thought I would start the book review series after I have finished each book so you know exactly what I thought of the books I am reading, beginning, middle and end.

I LOVED THIS!!

SOMETIMES THE ONE WHO LOVES YOU IS THE ONE WHO HURTS YOU THE MOST.

Lily hasn't always had it easy, but that's never stopped her from working hard for the life she wants. She's come a long way from the small town in Maine where she grew up, she graduated from college, moved to Boston, and started her own business. So when she feels a spark with a gorgeous neurosurgeon named Ryle Kincaid, everything in Lily's life suddenly seems almost too good to be true.
Ryle is assertive, stubborn, and maybe even a little arrogant. He's also sensitive, brilliant, and has a soft spot for Lily, but Ryle's complete aversion to relationships is disturbing.

As questions about her new relationship overwhelm her, so do thoughts of Atlas Corrigan - her first love and a link to the past she left behind. He was her kindred spirit, her protector. When Atlas suddenly reappears, everything Lily has built with Ryle is threatened.

I couldn't put this book down and loved every minute of it. From the start to the end. It was such an easy read and I fell in love with some of the characters.

It does feature domestic violence and sexual assault so if this is a trigger then bare this in mind.

The story leaves you wanting to pick up the sequel book straight away, which I did. 10/10.

Absolutely agree! This book had me hooked from the very first page. The complexity of Lily's relationships with Ryle and Atlas kept me on the edge of my seat. Can't wait to dive into the sequel next!

  2. We have the same taste of reading. It Ends with Us by Colleen Hoover, I found myself captivated by the poignant narrative of resilience and self-discovery. The powerful story of Lily's struggle to break free from a cycle of abuse struck a chord within me, stirring emotions I hadn't expected. By the time I reached the final page, I felt a profound sense of empathy and admiration for those who courageously redefine their paths against all odds.
