NETFLIX WATCH LIST FOR KIDS THIS HALLOWEEN

Spooky half term is here and we have rounded up some of our favourite things to watch on Netflix and some new additions we have found too.

SING THRILLER

Buster Moon dreams up a star-studded spectacle set to Michael Jackson's Thriller in this animated short. It is on for around ten minutes, so a perfect one before bed or whilst dinner is cooking :)

THE BAD GUYS: HAUNTED HEIST

A crew of mischievous thieves navigate a spooky mansion on Halloween night, learning a few things about honesty and friendship along the way. 24 minutes long.

MONSTER HIGH: THE MOVIE

A teenage werewolf who is secretly half-human searches for a lost potion that can turn her into a full monster - and hopefully save her new high school. A classic, all my girls have loved Monster High and now it is Nila's turn :)

MONSTER HIGH 2

Recently added on Netflix :), a half-wolf, half-human teen and her friends return to Monster High for sophomore year, facing a new threat to the school and their friendship.

SUPER MONSTERS

Lots of Halloween-themed super monster episodes on Netflix, these are great if you haven't got time for a full film but want to snuggle up with spooky snacks and a show.

SCARDEY CAT

Searching for answers about a beloved amulet, three friends shape-shift into cats and explore a wicked world of thrilling and not-so-chilling adventures. Think Worst Witch and a mix of hocus pocus :)

GOOSEBUMPS

Such a classic and a family favourite. A teenager teams up with the daughter of young-adult horror author R.L. Stine after the writer's imaginary demons are set free in the town of Madison, Delaware.

SPOOKLEY THE SQUARE PUMPKIN

When a storm terrorises his patch, a pumpkin cast out for his shape must step up to use his smarts to save the day and prove himself. This has been a favourite for quite a few years now.

CREEPED OUT

I came across this one recently, although it came out in 2019, a masked figure known as the curious collects tales of dark magic otherworldly encounters and twisted technology in this kid's anthology series.

It does have a PG rating but looks quite scary so I think Alessia and I will save this one for ourselves, tea and biscuits and a spooky episode every night, this one has two seasons worth of shows.

I would love to know what you have on your Netflix Halloween watch list this year...
