MY NETFLIX HALLOWEEN WATCH LIST 2025

Spooky season is here, and I have been on Netflix picking out what I fancy to watch this Halloween, and I think I’ve got the perfect mix of creepy and totally messed up. If you love true crime, witchy vibes, and haunted houses or anything in between, I have got a great watch list for you.

Monster: The Ed Gein Story

Currently watching this and, I’ll be honest… It’s a little messed up, well, a lot messed up! If you have seen the other Monster seasons on Netflix, you’ll know it’s a true-crime anthology focusing on infamous criminals. Has anyone else watched this one yet?

 Hubie Halloween

I love this movie and haven’t watched it in a few years, so when I saw it again on the “Netflix and chill” page, I knew it had to be mentioned. Adam Sandler is just hilarious in this, and it’s the perfect mix of spooky and silly to lighten up the Ed Gein stuff!.

 Imaginary

I’m not usually one for teddies in horror movies, my youngest, Nila, has a million of them in her room! , but this one is really good and I haven’t seen it in a while. It’s about a woman who realises her childhood imaginary friend might not have been imaginary after all and things are way creepier than she remembers.

 Fright Night

Such a classic and definitely giving major nostalgia! A teenager finds out his new neighbour is a vampire, and it’s up to him to try to stop the bloodsucker while also dealing with all the normal teen weirdness. Always fun.

 Mayfair Witches

I love a good witchy series, and this was another one that popped up on the Netflix and chill page. It’s dark, mysterious, full of supernatural family drama, curses, and secrets. Perfect for Halloween vibes.

 Wednesday

I started the Wednesday series last year but stopped halfway through. I have restarted it this October since the second season is out, and it’s even better than I remember. The Addams Family is a perfect series for Halloween.

Sabrina

I never finished this one either! So I’m rewatching it from the beginning, spooky season is definitely the right time to restart it. Witches, dark magic, and teenage drama, loved it the first time round, excited for the ending!.

Haunt

If you like haunted houses and being scared by what’s lurking in the shadows, Haunt is one you need to watch. On Halloween night, a group of friends visit an extreme haunted house attraction where nightmares become real. Definitely up there with the best of them on Netflix this year.

  10. I've not started the second half of Wednesday and feel like I need to watch it when I'm on my own in the evening and not when I'm half watching a baby haha. Great list, I just want to watch nightmare before Christmas again x
