Daniel Hurst is really pulling through with the short stories at the moment. I found a bunch of them on Kindle Unlimited, and I have to say, I am hooked, especially with this one.

When I arrive at the house and see the man who lives there, I feel safe. I feel like he can protect me. He has two children. They seem safe too. So I hide with them. I hide from the man who wants to find me. But if he does, I've just put a whole family in danger. If I have, I might not be able to save them...
This one had me in a choke hold!. I did not see the plot coming whatsoever, and I am pretty good at guessing the ending or some of it, but this one was an, oh my god, mouth open, no way kind of ending
Would definitely recommend these short storiesby Danile Hurst, epseically if you have Kindle :)
