If i can find something to make life a little easier , stress free and more prepared, then I am all up for trying it out .Having three daughters including our newest addition, baby Nila, routine now seems to be non existent, with so much to remember and keep an eye on. We are all trying to find a happy medium and get back on track.
We have been testing out the Milk monster over the last couple of weeks and I have got to say i am super impressed with it.
It is essentially a milk timer,a very cute one at that!, that allows you to keep track of your babies milk, bottle or breast, once it has been prepared, keeping it safe and nutritional within the limit on the timer. The timer then counts down until the contents needs discarding.
They are universal and fit all bottles and come in 4 different colours and cute designs and it even glows in the dark for the horrible night feed where you can barely open your eyes, never mind hunt for a bottle! :)
The milk monster is completely splash proof and the outer case is safe to pop in the dishwasher for a quick wash. With only three buttons on this little gadget, you really can't go wrong. They are small enough to chuck in your changing bag if your going out for the day or grabbing a cheeky hot chocolate.
Nila is such a fuss pot when it comes to feeding, that by the time i make her bottle, shes fallen back to sleep, which has resulted in me throwing the milk away as i end up always losing track of how long it had been left, so the milk monster has been so beneficial to me.I would definitely recommend them!.
I have a lovely giveaway for one of my readers to win there own Milk monster. To enter then click below and follow the requirements.

ReplyDeleteIts got to be my sling! My 2 week old has colic and the only thing that comforts him is being in it!
ReplyDeleteAhhh what a sweet little gadget nice idea and very cute looking too.
ReplyDeleteWhat a brilliant idea! I wish they had been around when my girls were babies, a life saver!
ReplyDeleteI've seen these around and thought I wouldn't ever need one... But I guess once there's more than little one to look after they become quite useful
ReplyDeleteHad to think about what a milk monster could be. Ah, it's a milk timer! How cute is that. Now if only we had that when my daughter was younger :)
ReplyDeleteI LOVE this!! I’ve just started my blog & ive dedicated a big section to breastfeeding, So this is something close to my heart! I’ve BF all 4 of my boys (currently nursing my 4th as I type!) Something like this would super help my hubs with giving expressed milk when I’m away! Entered the giveaway! x
ReplyDeleteWhat a clever little gadget, I was forever panicking about whether the left over milk was okay to use or not in those early days! x
ReplyDeleteWhat a great little gadget. I used to worry all the time when my two were little. It's hard to remember how long the milk has been standing in the haze of sleep deprivation.
ReplyDeleteWhat a cute gadget! I remember these days of preparing bottles and then not remembering if it was fresh or not! But honestly, the gadget that saved our sanity was the Tommee Tippee Perfect Prep machine! #lifesaver
ReplyDeleteA sterilizer for me! Vital for any parent!
ReplyDeleteDefinitely my sling. Made life so much easier.
ReplyDeleteAh I've never seen this before but what a great idea!
ReplyDeleteI imagine this could be really helpful if you used bottles. I tend to use apps for everything, but when there are multiple people around this could avoid confusion
ReplyDeleteWhat a great idea and so useful for those times when you’re so tired you just can’t think clearly x
ReplyDeleteAww, what a sweet idea. There was nothing like this when my children were babies :)

ReplyDeleteThis would have been so useful for me when my kids were babies.
ReplyDeleteThe milk monster looks like a great milk timer and I love that it comes in 4 different colours as well! So cute x
ReplyDeleteNot sure yet as don't have my baby but think a prep machine will be my saviour!
ReplyDeleteThis gadget is so cool! I have to say I have been lucky with breastfeeding I've hardly used a bottle although I do wish he would take expressed milk more so I could have a little bit more freedom and this would come into handy
