GETTING OUR SLIME ON - THAMES & KOSMO OOZE LABS

If you have children then I am sure you probably have a house full of slime like us!. Alessia is definitely our creative child and loves anything to do with science and creativity and getting messy!.

If there is something out there to create then it definitely has Alessia’s  name all over it- especially if it involves slime!.

She’s been lucky enough to be sent some of the Thames and Kosmo ooze lab slime experiment tube kits. She wasn’t expecting them so when we opened the post up she was so excited and couldn’t wait to put them to the test!

So the slime ingredients are all packaged into a single test tube - which is where you actually make your slime . The sets include sunshine slime , glow in the dark slime , hypercolour slime and glitter slime.

Slime and glitter won Alessia over so we got making!.

These sets are really easy to make . You have some card that is in the test tube which helps to make a prop stand for the tube whilst you add all your ingredients , which is very handy- little spills this way :)

Once all your ingredients is added you then give it a stir and then shake - leaving it to form and then shaking again. This process took about 10 minutes but once fully formed the slime was ‘perfect’ - we have a slime making professional in the family named Alessia so if she says it’s good slime then it definitely is! She’s a firm and honest  critic, trust me :)

The slime sets are aimed at 8+ and retail at £4, which I think is an absolute bargain and great value for money for an afternoon of fun. I think they’d also be a great hit for stocking fillers and also affordable for pocket money spending.

They can be purchased here :) , along with the really cool chemistry stations that Alessia has her eye on for her birthday..
