AD/ BRANCHES OF MY TREE : EXPLORING THE ESSENCE OF LIFE | BOOK REVIEW

When it comes to reading , you will already know I am a complete book worm and love nothing more than to spend the afternoon with a cup of coffee and a good book.

Uplifting and spiritual books are definitely my kind of read and growing, as a person, is a journey I have been on for many years.

Branches of my tree written by author Fabiha’Deem’Haq is a lovely book for anyone out there that has been on a similar journey to me.

It is inspired by life and is about embracing reflection and exploring the stages of living - it really is a unique book and one I haven’t come across as well written before .

The book is a collection of prose inspired by life and it helps you to take in the world and the life you are living , a happy one? One that isn’t being fulfilled? or one that you are barely existing in.

This books allows you to really reflect on your past , understand your present and prepare for the future that you want and deserve - no settling for second best.

You only get one life and it’s for living , living your absolute best life and I love these kind of books that help you along the way , self help books are my absolute favourite and great for a positive mindset.

The book reads from the heart and from someone just like you who has decided to write the way of life and help us all on our spiritual journeys.

Deem starts her mornings off as a banker and by lunchtime is discussing life lessons over coffee with friends and ending the day spending time with her precious granddaughter.

She has dedicated over 20 years of her life to education and children, working closely with special needs children. During the demolition of the Calais jungle , she taught English to refugees who were seeking asylum in the UK.

She really does sound like an incredible woman and an inspirational one too.

If you want to pick up a copy of  Branches of my tree then it’s available online including Waterstones RRP £29.99
