GHOULISH FUN TREATS WITH PUKPIP

This halloween get creative with your baking and encourage the little ones to eat more fruit by whipping up some really cool ghoulish treats with Pukpip's Frozen Bananas. We got sent some of these and my god they are delicious, we all love bananas and these have gone down a real real, so why not make them spooky for Halloween.

MUMMY 

What you will need...

one Pukpip's chocolate dipped banana

Milk or white chocolate

Candy eyes

METHOD

Melt the white chocolate in the microwave for 20 -30 second intervals stirring in between until it is perfect consistency. Dip the back of the candy eyes in the chocolate and then pop them on your frozen banana.

Fill a piping bag or sandwich bag with the remaining chocolate and cut a small hole in the corner. Drizzle the chocolate over the banana in zig zags to make your Mummy.

GHOST

What you will need...

One pukpip white chocolate dipped frozen banana

Dark chocolate

METHOD

Melt the dark chocolate in the microwave like with the mummy .Fill a piping bag and pipe two ovals for the eyes and one larger one for the mouth.

Easy peasy, the girls love this one :)

VAMPIRE

What you will need...

One of pukpip's chocolate dipped frozen banana

milk or dark chocolate 

Red icing

Black icing

Candy eyes

Mini marshmallows

METHOD

Pipe a small amount of Black icing into the candy eyes and place on the chocolate dipped banana. Cut the mini marshmallows into quarters, diagonally .Pipe a curved line with the red icing on the banana for the mouth.

Stick the marshmallow fangs into the red icing and pipe some more icing on the point of the fangs. Use the black icing to pipe frowning eyebrows around the candy eyes - spooky!!

BAT

What you will need...

One Pukpip's dark chocolate dipped frozen banana

Dark chocolate

Candy eyes

What chocolate buttons 

Ice cream wafers

METHOD

Melt the dark chocolate in the microwave as above. Dip the wafer in the chocolate and place on a tray lined with greaseproof paper and leave in the fridge to set for a bit.Dip the back of the candy eyes in the melted chocolate and place on Pukpip's chocolate dipped frozen banana.

Cut the white chocolate buttons into triangles and dip them in the melted chocolate and place on your chocolate dipped frozen banana.Once the wafers are set, take them out of the fridge and cut the pointed end of the wafer.

Dip the cut edge of the wafer point in the melted chocolate and place on the top of the banana. Dip the cut edge of the larger wafer piece and place on the back of the banana.

The children will have so much fun making these over the spooky season and will love eating them even more!.
