MAGIC BUBBLE SLIME FUN | BAKER ROSS REVIEW

Another craft session this summer, and Nila has got herself stuck right into making this really cool Magic Bubble Slime from Baker Ross. We have done a lot of slime over the years, glitter slime, fluffy slime, even glow-in-the-dark,  but we have never come across bubble slime before, and this one was a solid 10/10.

Nila absolutely loved it, and I have to say, so did I. There’s something so satisfying about mixing the colours, sprinkling in the glitter, and then blowing actual bubbles out of slime. It’s a craft that’s fun to make and fun to play with afterwards as the kit provides a pot to store it in, perfect!.

What’s in the box:

  • 1 bag of ready-made white slime

  • 4 bottles of pigment colours

  • 3 glitter powders

  • A plastic pot with a lid

  • A mixing container

  • A pair of disposable gloves

  • 2 straws for blowing bubbles

For parents who aren’t fans of messy crafts, this is ideal. The slime is already made, so no tricky recipes or sticky disasters.

We took a bit of slime, added our colouring and glitter, mixed it well, then set it aside. We did it until all the slime had gorgeous rainbow shades. Then came the best bit, rolling the slime into a ball, popping a straw in and blowing. The bubbles came out amazing, Nila was so fascinated.

The whole craft session stayed pretty mess-free and smiles all round, which meant I could enjoy it too, without worrying about clean-up or tantrums.

The Baker Ross Magic Bubble Slime Kit is a brilliant activity for kids. Whether it’s a summer holiday craft, a rainy day activity, or a birthday party idea, it’s creative, colourful, and been a big hit in our house. Baker Ross have lots of other great kits too — we’ve also tried their volcano one, and it was just as fun.

If you’re looking for easy kids' craft ideas this summer, I’d definitely recommend giving the bubble slime a try.
