Tis the season for all things pumpkin (almost!), and I can already feel autumn creeping in. You all know I live for this time of year, candles, pumpkin pie and of course, the Halloween range at Lush. I popped in today to have a little browse, and honestly, I had to stop myself from going completely overboard.
We still have our summer holiday to Turkey coming up, so I tried to rein it in, but I did let Nila pick a bath bomb to enjoy the night before we go.
I thought I’d share the spooky goodies that caught my eye, and which ones I’m most excited to try this year.
The Magician – £6.50
Summon all your berry-scented dreams with this magical bath bomb. Once it hits the water, it unfurls swathes of deep colour into the bath, fizzing away with purple sweet potato and sea salt to soften the skin.
The scent is a blend of bergamot and olibanum oils, giving it a warm yet fruity vibe, just like ripe blackberries. I love that it’s packed with antioxidants and vitamins too, perfect for keeping my skin glowing through the colder months.
Narcotik Bath Oil – £9
This one immediately reminded me of a spell in a potion bottle. Wrapped in muslin cloth and tied with ribbon, it feels like a little gift to yourself.
The fragrance is a mix of zesty lemongrass, sage, and tea tree, energising yet grounding. It’s also made with creamy cocoa butter and soothing oats, so it’s great for dry or sensitive skin. Definitely one I’ll be reaching for after an autumn walk.
Phantom Foam Bubble Bar – £7.50
Who doesn’t love a spooky bubble bar? This one fizzes away into tangerine and grapefruit-scented bubbles that feel anything but scary.
It shares the same scent as Lush’s Phantom Favourite and Ectoplasm shower slime, and includes sweet litsea cubeba, a natural mood-lifter. As someone who struggles with seasonal affective disorder, I feel like this one’s going to be a go-to when the darker days hit.
Alien Egg Farm – £10
This one made me smile straight away, it’s giving total 90s nostalgia with alien babies in slime vibes! It’s a shower jelly made with lychee juice and lime peel infusion, so it’s fruity, fresh, and I know it's going to be a hit with the girls.
Lord of Misrule
And of course, it wouldn’t be autumn without stocking up on my all-time favourite Lord of Misrule goodies. The spicy, herbal-sweet scent is basically autumn in a bottle for me, and I can never resist stocking up :).
Have you had a peek at Lush’s Halloween collection yet? Which one would you grab first?
