If you are someone like me, then having a list of things I can do for the following week makes my heart happy.
I usually have a few lists - work, life, habits, but I have put together a 'things I can do' list this week so here's
10 THINGS YOU CAN DO THIS WEEK
* Set your march goals/ for work or personally goals
* Finish the book you have started / I have just finished my February's book.
* Have a selfceare evening / its been a busy few days here
* Do some baking / I am making my chocolate and banana bread this week :)
* Check in on your mental health / How are you feeling?
* Have a pizza night / Our Friday is pizza night and we LOVE it!
* Start a new month on your mood board or make one / so much fun
* Declutter your work space /clear desk, clear head for work
*Get a coffee, Starbucks please if you are offering...
*Change the scenery / if you work from home, work at the coffee shop as a change for the day or take your lunch break someone else as a treat :)

I finally had time to face the clutter in my bedroom. It feels so good to declutter my room.

ReplyDeleteGreat list! I try to do all these things semi-regularly to keep a nice organized routine. Self-care is so important to prioritize too!

ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely list with so many easy things that can be done in very little time. It's great to have a reset and know small chances that would result in myself being happier or more set up for the week.
