 Baking is definitely in the air and we are all here for it :). I wanted to do something quick and easy this afternoon for when the girls got in and oh my, these are SO good!

Brownies are always a hit and my 3 ingredient gooey chocolate brownies are the easiness thing to make.

We added an Easter twist to the recipe and come up with a crème egg edition.

I found some white chocolate Cadbury creme eggs and decided to add them to mix, best decision ever!.

Make the gooey chocolate brownies as normal… 

- 2 eggs

- 75G self raising flour

- 300G chocolate spread

Mix it all together. Pop the mixture into your brownie tray and then cut some creme eggs in half and push them into the mixture.

Bake as usual on 180C/ Gas mark 4 for about 20 minutes and leave to cool before cutting up.

These didn’t last the night, 10/10 and will be making some more of these next week for sure :)
