A family fun day for everyone is Hirsty's fun park in Hemsby,Norfolk. We seem to end up here every year and the children absolutely love it.So much to do whether the sun is shining or the rain has decided to make an appearance, which this summer,it has done a lot of right?.
ENDLESS HOURS OF FUN
Hirsty's fun park has always been known for its's amazing mazes, they have a big Ian one and a small one, but more so its play areas. A huge range of outdoor activities for everyone, from toddlers to adults. Ride on the go-karts, have a go at crazy golf with clubs made of wellies, yes wellies, climb the frames or bounce the bouncy castle - the choice is endless.
SUMMER MAZE
The summer maze's run for the whole of the summer holidays. You can explore the giant maze ,made of maize or the small wooden one. Find the clues to the quiz and collect the stickers on your journey around, do not get lost, try and remember the way out! :)
Alessia and I did the maze, we tried our best, but got lost more than once and also decided to split up and lost each other - it is all part of the fun. If you use the bridge , you can find each other if you do get lost .
OPENING TIMES AND ADMISSION
Hirsty's is open all school holidays for you to see them in action. We would recommend the halloween half term especially. Pumpkin picking here is our favourite.
Opening times are 10am - 5 pm. Admission is from £7 , under 1s is free.
FURRY FRIENDS
New for us in the park are the little fur babies. They have some adorable bunnies waiting for cuddles. So cute and tiny. Nila was a little bit nervous to hold them but she loves bunnies. They are inside the white tent.
The tent also has a lovely toddler bit, crafting activities, books and lots more for the little ones. A great place to hide out if the rain gets you :)
Mud kitchens, sandpits and a super cool bouncy apparatus which is new, Nila was in her element.
LUNCH TIME
They have a cafe inside a big tent where you can purchase lunch and refreshments. You can take a picnic, which we have done both before. The prices have increased since we have last visited. To keep the cost down , a picnic would be the better option and then you can treat yourself to an ice cream and a coffee :)
HIRST'S FARM SHOP
The park is actually a working farm, and they pride themselves on offering real farm to fork experience and enjoy sharing how they look after their animals and crops all year round. They are just around the corner and you can pick up some really delicious bits.
We spent hours here, and only had to leave because we had somewhere else to go. It is a great day out and definitely good value for money.
Have you been before?
