5 REASONS YOU SHOULD VISIT THE HALLOWEEN FARM

 Over the weekend we visited Halloween farm for the third year running and as always had an absolute blast. Something about this time of year just doesn’t feel right unless we’ve had our annual visit to Cattow’s farm :)

Situated in Leicestershire which is roughly an hour and 10 minutes drive from us in Stoke - On- Trent. 

Every year they get bigger and better and if you’ve never been before I wanted to share with you 

5 REASONS YOU SHOULD VISIT THE HALLOWEEN FARM 

There are definitely more than 5, but here are our top 5!.

TRICK OR TREAT STREET

Trick or treat street is one of Nila’s favourites when we visit . It has been on every year since it opened and is always the highlight of our trip .

You enter the attraction after being greeted by a witch or ghoul and are walked through the trick or treat street whilst knocking on doors for sweets and treats .

The girls got sweets, stickers and toys this year and I think this one was the best year yet.

THE LOST WORLD 

The lost world i a new addition to the farm this year and was by far one of the best. You enter the corn maize and on your quest to find the 5 eggs you come across all different kinds of Dinosaurs.

Roaring and moving - they are very realistic and Nila even asked at one point if they were actually real :)

Lots of photo opportunities which was brilliant , as well some really cool information on all the dinosaurs inside.

A surprise at the end , but I’ll leave that a surprise incase you did take a visit there.

THE TWISTED CIRCUS

They have had a circus every year we have been but every year it gets bigger and better . This year was the twisted circus and oh my god - it was a little terrifying but absolutely brilliant.

Lots of breath taking acts , one of the best circuses we have ever been to and the end act was amazing!.

SPOOKY CINEMA 

Another new attraction this year was the spooky cinema . We wasn’t to sure what to expect, if it was going to be a short clip or something a little scarier but it said fun for all the family to watch and enjoy so we were eager to try it.

It turned out to be a showing of Hotel Transylvania 3, which I’f you follow us on Instagram, you will know Nila and I have been on a Hotel Transylvania movie marathon and couldn’t find the 3rd movie so was super excited!.

Lots of effects - spooky bubbles, lights , would definitely recommend this one on your day there.

£1 PUMPKINS!

Yes, you read that right, £1 pumpkins.Halloween Farm have introduced the £1 pumpkins this year , maximum of 3 per person , which is amazing , as it makes them much more affordable and hopefully not much waste !. 

We have been making SO much Pumpkin Pie so have enough pumpkins to last us the whole of October!.
