A night away from the children was definitely long over due, so Mezz and I decided to book in an overnight stay!.
Somewhere we could reconnect and enjoy some child free conversations and ultimately have a night off.The Fuzzy Duck in Armscote,Warwickshire ,owned by Baylis and Harding has always caught my eye.
The kids love a girls trip into town , so I had planned us an afternoon out after work.
So the first day of the half term hit and Nila ended up with conjunctivitis, typical isn’t it. Poor little thing has been cooped up for the past few days and we decided a park trip was in order.
I have definitely not been making time for reading this month. I’m still on ‘target’, but it has been a struggle .
Every so often I’ll round up some bits I have been sent through work and do a little giveaway which is my way of saying thank you for supporting me and also a great way for one of you to win some goodies.
I haven’t been feeling great over the past few days and it’s really not been fun. I’ve been feeling more and more of a funk as each day goes by and I really wanted to document it and try and change the way I feel and think at the minute.
