As I am writing this I am seriously contemplating this life choice for January. I wanted to do a no-spend last January and I am sure I failed within the first week!. It is the 3rd and it's a struggle already. Isn't it bizarre how easily we spend money and dont realise until we have put a ban on it?.
Feels really weird writing 2024.Another year of everyone making resolutions that they will no doubt break after a week. We have all done it, right? new year, new me blah blah. Just because it is a new year you really dont have to change yourself. Rather than thinking you need to do all these amazing things and become so much better than you already are, which you are no doubt amazing anyway.
We have already established my obsession with lush. If you follow me on Instagram then you will know I have been back and forth on the lush website to see if any of their Boxing Day sale pieces have gone back on.
Boxing Day for me first and foremost is the Lush sales. Now I know what you are thinking , of course it is :), all jokes aside, Boxing Day I will always be setting my alarm for the Lush sales, it is a must!.
Merry Christmas everyone!. It is finally here and we have had a lovely , very chaotic and busy, but lovely day with the children. Nila woke up at 4 with her cough so I got into bed with her and we had quite a nice lay in until 9am.
When it comes to Christmas in our family someone is always poorly. It’s usually Alessia and if you have been here for a while you will know she ended up in hospital one Christmas and if it wasn’t for Mezz pleading with the doctors she would of had to stay in.
Three more sleeps to go and then Christmas will be here. I can’t quite believe how fast the year has gone. It has absolutely flown by and what a year we have had. It’s definitely been a busy one and I am determined to take the next few days as slow as I can.
