WHAT’S ON OUR BOOKSHELF THIS DECEMBER

 It is safe to say we are definitely a house of bookworms. My love for books and reading has been passed down to the girls and they love switching up the books every season.

SEEING SANTA AND THE CHRISTMAS LIST

 Every year we visit Santa. It has been a tradition we have done every year and we tend to go somewhere different each year. This year Father Christmas was visiting Nila's school and you could book a slot to see him, which she was very much excited about.

CHRISTMAS AT LUSH

 Christmas for me is not Christmas without a visit to the Lush shop. If you are a regular reader and follower then you will be nodding your head at this, if not then hi, my name is kira and ush is my life :)The proof is in the pudding if you walk into my house, you can not beat a soak in the bath after a long day with your favourite Lush products, it is heaven!.

SNOW DAY AND A JINGLE ALL THE WAY MOMENT

 We knew it was coming and I have been saying for the past week, it looks like there is snow in the sky , everyone doubted me, and all hate snow so probably didn’t want to believe it, but here we are, Sunday morning with a hot cup of coffee snuggled up on the sofa watching the snow fall.

FESTIVE THINGS TO DO IN STAFFORDSHIRE THIS DECEMBER

 Tis the season to be jolly and most of all make memories. Every year I try to plan some days out during the festive month that the girls and I can do and I thought I would share some of the places I have found and what we are up to this December.

TOP 10 CHRISTMAS MOVIES OF ALL TIME

 You really can not beat a movie night with a film, especially at this time of year. Something about sitting on the sofa, the Christmas tree lights on and watching something festive and magical. There are so many new films coming out every year but you can not beat a good old Christmas classic.

THE TREE IS UP! FEELS LIKE CHRISTMAS

 The girls have been itching to get the Christmas tree up and we normally get it out every year to put up on the 1st December but they have been super eager to get it up earlier this time. I did the worst part and got that out the way early and if you are a parent then you will know exactly what I mean.
