Now Autumn has hit , I definitely have the urge to change up the house decor. There’s something about this time of the year that gives me all the cosy feels and I love making the house feel the same way.
When it comes to reading, I hold my hands up and admit I love a juicy book, a complete book worm. There is nothing better than sitting down with a cup of coffee and really getting stuck into a good story.
Crafts have always been a big hit in this house . The girls love getting elbow deep in the caddy with paints , stickers and all sorts of mess.
Reading is one of the most enriching activities for children. It can help them to come on leaps and bounds in their reading, writing, and speaking skills as it introduces them to new words and expands their vocabulary. They can develop and enhance their comprehension skills as through books, they are introduced to new concepts and must make sense of them.
The colder months are definitely on their way and there is nothing I love more than to make wholesome ,hearty home cooked meals for the family.
The living room is undoubtedly the room where we spend most of our free time at home.The focal point, of course the sofa which gives us a place to relax undisturbed after a busy day!.
