Christmas is getting so close I can almost taste it, well the mince pies and mulled wine!. Are you all sorted? I don’t think I am ever completely sorted until Christmas Eve even though I try to get everything bought and wrapped way before then!. I have done a little round-up for any of you that are last-minute Christmas shopping.
It is safe to say we are definitely a house of bookworms. My love for books and reading has been passed down to the girls and they love switching up the books every season.
Every year we visit Santa. It has been a tradition we have done every year and we tend to go somewhere different each year. This year Father Christmas was visiting Nila's school and you could book a slot to see him, which she was very much excited about.
Christmas for me is not Christmas without a visit to the Lush shop. If you are a regular reader and follower then you will be nodding your head at this, if not then hi, my name is kira and ush is my life :)The proof is in the pudding if you walk into my house, you can not beat a soak in the bath after a long day with your favourite Lush products, it is heaven!.
We knew it was coming and I have been saying for the past week, it looks like there is snow in the sky , everyone doubted me, and all hate snow so probably didn’t want to believe it, but here we are, Sunday morning with a hot cup of coffee snuggled up on the sofa watching the snow fall.
Tis the season to be jolly and most of all make memories. Every year I try to plan some days out during the festive month that the girls and I can do and I thought I would share some of the places I have found and what we are up to this December.
You really can not beat a movie night with a film, especially at this time of year. Something about sitting on the sofa, the Christmas tree lights on and watching something festive and magical. There are so many new films coming out every year but you can not beat a good old Christmas classic.
