I am still really poorly with a chest infection but I’m trying my hardest to keep the festive spirit and try and feel Christmassy as much as I can for the girls.

When October comes around, it’s all about the pumpkin spice lattes and the cosy knitwear. Autumn is definitely my favourite time of year .

 So we had all intentions on making a gingerbread house today , but after realising the set we had got was from scratch , we all , including the girls , decided to opt out of that! :)

I don’t like the tinned stuff, it has to be proper homemade creamy rice pudding and I’ve mastered a delicious recipe in the slow cooker that is not only easy to make but it’s actually Syn free too!
